Yes, many parents prefer the more economical option of DIY, the package inlcudes everything you need to set up the slumber party, everything is packed up for you ready for a 9am collection on day of the party, from Palmview. Please send us an enquiry.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes, we can provide a delivery and set up service currently we deliver areas within 20km radius of Palmview. Please send us an enquiry.
What is included in the set up?
Overnight hire of Single air mattresses, Tents, Tent Covers, Fitted Sheets, Flat Sheets, Blankets, Breakfast Tables, 2 Cushions per tent, Plushies, Garland/bunting, Sleep Masks, Lanterns, Led Candles, Fairy Lights and Pump.

What if I want a special theme?We can sometimes accommodate alternative themes, it's always best to contact us and let us know what you would like, and we will try to create your themed slumber party. NB: This is not always possible and would require at least eight (8) weeks notice, as we hand craft our plush toys and slumber tents. We charge an additional $250 for us to create a customised theme on top of Package Prices, the customisation fee must be paid upon booking along with your $25 deposit.
How much room do I need to clear?
Each set up of Slumber bed, tent and Breakfast table, takes up approximately 1.2 meters in width and 2.5 meters in length. So, for a party of five it is suggested you clear an area of approximately 5.5 meters wide by 2.5 meters long. If we are setting up, please have area cleared prior to our arrival.
Do you charge a deposit?
Yes, to secure your date, we ask for a non-refundable $25 deposit, with balance payable 7 days prior to collection, or set up.
How far ahead do I need to book?
We accept bookings for dates throughout the year, so if you have a specific date in mind, it's best to book well in advance.
Do you charge for cancellations?
Yes, change in date permtted up to 8 days prior to party date, 7 days or less prior to your party we charge a 100% cancellation fee.
What happens if something breaks?
We do not charge a bond, but do expect all breakages and damage to be paid for. Please do not allow children to sit on breakfast tables.
What if a child wets the bed?
We understand that accidents occasionally happen, but if this occurs we do charge a $20 sanitation fee, as mattresses will be replaced and linen requires additional sanitation.
Do you accept bank transfer?
Yes, we do. We ask that you use your name as a reference when paying into our account, we do not charge extra for direct deposits, but payment needs to clear seven days prior to your party. Please contact us to use this payment method slumberpartytents@gmail.com
Do you accept cash?
Yes, you can pay cash, payment terms are party needs to be paid in full 7 days prior to date.
